1. What ChoiceFate is

ChoiceFate is a tool that helps you make a decision by drawing a fair, local random result from a list of options you confirm, and then lets you record what you did with it. It is a game-like aid to decision-making, not a source of advice.

2. No advice, no guarantee

The random result is just that — random. ChoiceFate does not recommend a “best” answer, does not make predictions, does not give professional advice, and does not promise any particular outcome.

You must not use ChoiceFate for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions. For anything that could seriously affect you or someone else, make the decision yourself with professional advice as appropriate. You use the app at your own discretion.

3. Your content stays yours

Your questions, options, results, and notes are stored on your device and belong to you. The developer has no access to them (see the Privacy Policy) and does not claim any rights over them. By using the app, you are not granting the developer any license to your content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to make decisions about others without their knowledge and consent, or in any way that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.

5. Third-party services

Voice recognition is provided by your device's operating system (Apple or Google), which has its own terms and privacy practices. ChoiceFate simply triggers the on-device recognizer; the recognition happens on your device.

6. No warranty

ChoiceFate is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a result will suit you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including decisions you make based on a random result.

8. Changes

We may update this app and these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
